Photo Feature: Ascension of Our Lord students celebrated

- Grand Knight Mike Abbate of the Knights of Columbus Council No. 9623 awarded medals to students who placed in the District Soccer Challenge. Students in fifth and sixth grades participated in the St. John Industrial Group Art Contest. Aysia Brown placed first in the fifth grade category, and Christian Riviere placed first in the sixth grade category. Their artwork was chosen out of 555 entries from St. John the Baptist Parish.
