Photo feature: Leroy D. Williams library celebrated

St. John the Baptist Parish leaders join with friends and family of Leroy Williams Saturday morning for a recognition ceremony, renaming the Reserve library the Leroy D. Williams Memorial Library. Williams, who died March 5, was a dedicated library board member who served nearly 50 years on the board.
