St. John the Baptist Parish Courtroom conclusions:

Shelby Cornelius Carr entered a District Attorney’s diversion program for his June 20, 2015, arrest for driving while intoxicated, careless operation and open container. Carr previously missed a court date Aug. 10.

Robert Elliott, of Vacherie, had a warrant put out for his arrest after missing a court date for theft less than $750.
Jermaine Every, of LaPlace, had a warrant put out for his arrest after failing to appear in court on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting.
Jesse S. Pierce had a warrant issued for his arrest after failing to appear at court concerning his arrest for refusal to take/submit to chemical test, speeding, no driver’s license on person and operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
Jonathan Ross failed to appear for court and had an arrest warrant issued in relation to his criminal charges for disturbing the peace by fighting.

Akeisha Monique Brown. Pled not guilty at arraignment. Trial set for Oct. 19 for telephone communication, improper language, harassment and stalking.

Bennie Hammock had a $25,000 bond set for misdemeanor domestic abuse and a $100,000 bond set for simple assault, not payable via 10 percent deposit, and was given a stay away order from the victim.
Cory Hebert had several bonds, not payable by via 10 percent deposit, set in the amounts of $50,000 for aggravated battery with a dangerous weapon, $50,000 for aggravated flight from an officer, $25,000 for aggravated obstruction of a highway, $25,000 for felony domestic battery, $25,000 for false imprisonment, $50,000 for simple kidnapping, $100,000 for terrorizing and $5,000 for unauthorized use of a movable.
Michael Lambert was ordered to install an interlock device on his vehicle as a condition of bail after being charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

George Hayes Jr. pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by intoxication and was given credit for time and released from jail after seven days confinement.
Dane Wilson pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by cursing and was given credit for time serve and released.
