St. John the Baptist Parish Courtroom Conclusions filed from June 25 to July 20:

Edward James Dennis pled guilty to theft less than $750 and ordered to serve a term of 18 days in parish prison. Dennis was released from parish prison with credit received for 18 days served and ordered to pay court costs of $169.50. A charge of resisting an officer by flight was not prosecuted by the District Attorney’s Office.
Lino Barbera pled guilty to resisting an officer and was fined $300 plus court fees of $169.50.
Phillip Bolden pled guilty to simple assault. Bolden was ordered to serve 15 days in jail with credit given for nine days served. He was ordered released from parish jail by the court on July 19.
Darryl Patterson Evans pled guilty to possession of marijuana. Evans was ordered by the court to serve 26 days in jail with credit for time served from June 13 to July 13. The court also ordered Evans to attend and completed a substance abuse program and pay court costs in the amount of $169.50.

Parnell Belvin entered a plea of no contest for disturbing the peace by intoxication. Belvin was given credit for time served and ordered released from jail by the court.
Patrick Frazier pled no contest to disturbing the peace by intoxication. Frazier was ordered to serve nine days in jail and given credit for time served and released from jail.
Ryan Gilmore pled no contest to entry and remaining in places after being forbidden. Gilmore was given credit for time served and was released from jail.
Gregory Johnson pled no contest to criminal trespass. Johnson was given credit for 15 days served in jail and was ordered to be released from prison on July 27.
Rodney Tate pled guilty to disturbing the peace by intoxication. Tate was ordered to serve 10 days in parish jail, given credit for time served and released from jail.
The District Attorney’s Office chose not to prosecute D’Angelo Watkins for his arrest on aggravated assault.
