LAPLACE — U.S. Sen. David Vitter announced staff satellite office hours for residents of St. John the Baptist and St. Charles Parishes.

Vitter will be represented by staff and will not personally be in attendance.

St. John the Baptist Parish satellite office hours are from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 Dec. 3 at St. John the Baptist Parish Central Library, 2920 Highway 51 in LaPlace.

St. Charles Parish Satellite Office Hours are from 2 to 3 p.m. Dec. 3 at St. Charles Parish East Regional Library, 160 W. Campus Drive in Destrehan.

Vitter officials said residents are invited to attend these office hours and meet with a member of Vitter’s staff to discuss problems they may have with any federal government agency. Constituents unable to attend can call 504-589-2753 to speak to a member of Vitter’s staff.
