St. Charles Parish President V.J. St. Pierre Jr., along with the St. Charles Parish Council, recently recognized Raymond Coleman for his land donations for the greater good of the community of Killona. Coleman of Memphis, Tenn., is the owner of 3C Riverside Properties LLC, which owns properties located throughout the mid-South. 3C Riverside has major landholdings in St. Charles Parish.

The company has donated more than nine-and-a-half acres of land for the Killona Park, including an additional donation to accommodate an upcoming community center building. Coleman has previously supported the community in other ways, including the donation of more than eight acres of land for the construction of a church and cemetery.
