Frank Spillman, a native of Baton Rouge and a longtime resident of LaPlace, passed away on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014, after a courageous battle with cancer. Frank was a mechanical engineer and project manager for Shell Oil Co.

He is survived by his parents Carl “Roy” and Mary Whit-tington Spill-man. He was the devoted husband of Dara Trabeau Spillman, beloved father of Riley Spillman and Mason Spillman, brother of Cherie Livingston and Chuck (Hillary) Spillman and son-in-law of Clarence and Marian Waguespack Trabeau. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
