LaPlace Elementary students in Heidi Tomeny and Racheal Hotard’s class learn first-hand the meaning of “hard work really does pay off.” Given their individual levels, students earn Tiger Money as they improve their skills and behavior.  Recently, the students used their Tiger Money at the class silent auction to purchase items such as Saints posters, toy cars, a sequined dance team uniform, pom-poms, books and more.
