H&R Block honors customer service

During H&R Block training program for the past three years they have used Lorise Cofield of the LaPlace Popeye’s Famous Chicken & Biscuits as an example of someone with excellent customer service skills. Because she always has a friendly smile and takes care of her customers needs over and above their expectations. Cofield has been selected as the first recipient of the H&R Block Community Customer Service Award. She was presented a gift certificate for a free tax return and a $20 gift card.
