Hahnville High School Senior Megan Gonzales, presented a check to Relay for Life in the amount of $520 as part of her senior project. Megan chose fundraising as her senior project and organized a concert at Pocomo’s Pizzeria Restaurant in an effort to raise money for the American Cancer Foundation. Performing in concert with Megan were Patrick O’Malley, Tyler Lirette and Alexander Romero. She collected several door prizes from local businesses in St. Charles Parish to give away throughout the night. All donations received at the concert were given to Relay for Life.
