Gwen A. Robert passed away on Jan. 17, 2009. Mother of Randall James Muller and his fiancé Karen Dick. Stepmother of Mihael and Jennifer Canaski. Daughter of Louis and Babette Friloux Robert. Sister of Devy (Thomas) Hempel, Tana (Matthew) Romagosa, Ched (Rachel) Robert and Tina (Randall) Ellis. Granddaughter of the late Louis and Odile Petit Robert, Ellis and Lucille Robert Friloux. Also survived by nieces and nephews, Kristen and Thomas Hempel, Sean and Kaitlyn Robert. She was 50 years of age and was employed at the St. Charles Parish Sheriff’s Office for 29 years.

Visitation and services were held at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Ama on Tuesday, Jan. 20. Interment took place in St. Charles Cemetery in Luling.
