St. Hubert Festival cook off winners

A Chef’s Choice Cook Off Contest was held recently in conjunction with St. Hubert’s annual church fair. Several cooks participated in the seafood and meat divisions. Sherry Hymel’s Seafood Gumbo won the Judges’ Overall Award. The other winners were as follows:

2nd – Richard Punch – Corn & Crab Bisque – Sponsored by Richard Punch.
MEAT CATEGORY
1st — Allen St. Pierre – Jambalaya – Sponsored by St. Hubert’s Holy Name
2nd — Susan Poirrier – Chicken Fettuccini – Sponsored by San Francisco Plantation.
