Proverbs 22:7 The rich ruleth over the poor, and the borrower is servant to the lender. We are living in a fast paced world, a world where credit cards have never been so easy to get; the young as well as the old have liberal access to them.
But when used excessively without self-control puts us in a place where we become a servant to our lenders. This is not the plan of God concerning us, the bible clearly states in Deuteronomy 28:12-13 that God would make us the lender and not the borrower, the head and not the tail.

Money was designed to be our servant, not our master. When we put God first we are decreeing that God is our source, and if we obey Him concerning money we will have the wisdom of God to make money work for us and not be a servant to it.
I Timothy 6:10 For the love of money is the root of all evil. Therefore money is not evil; the love of money is evil henceforth becoming your master, when God is not your primary focus.
The reason why Solomon was the wealthiest man ever lived is because he honored the Lord with his substance with the first fruit of his increase.
Let God be your source.
