DEAR EDITOR: We want to express our appreciation for the effort of the St. John Sheriff’s Department, Acadian Ambulance, Reserve Volunteer Fire Department and River Parishes Hospital in their tremendous effort to save our granddaughter’s life on the evening of March 26.

We also thank our neighbors, friends and our deacon for their close support during this time. We suffered a great loss and we will always remember you.
