Summertime Blues?

“It’s hot! There’s nothing to do! I’m BORED!” Are parents hearing those words yet from their youngsters, blessed with energy and imagination, yet aching for something to occupy their minds and bodies? There are solutions out there. There are recreational opportunities,organizations which welcome volunteers and something even more important: This is a prime opportunity for parents to involve themselves more with their children and plan activities together.
Work on a craft project. Take an outing, even if it’s just a drive to someplace they’ve never seen. Awaken their interest in the world around them.Make some special memories.
There’s nothing boring about summer.
